About Saul
This blog chronicles he's eating and traveling around the world. This is an incredibly exciting time for food.
Saul is currently eating and working in Paris. When he's not eating, Saul is designing apps and websites, throwing pots on the wheel or off mucking around with watercolors.
He previously worked cooking in restaurants but decided to leave that behind and take a different approach to the industry.
As of about five years ago, the food world has seen an incredible transformation. White table cloths and expensive menus have given way to seasonal ingredients and unique dining experiences. I feel lucky to be alive during such an important and exciting time and look forward to seeing what the future has in store.
